Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are usually shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment and sent via couriers GLS TNT Bartolini and Poste Italiane. The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
Returns
The Customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, at no cost and without specifying the reason, within thirty (30) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on the website.

The return of the items must be made exclusively through the courier specified by alori.it, following the instructions received at the time of the return request
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
o the returned Products must be returned in their entirety;
o the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
o the returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
or the returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products from the same Order returned and shipped at different times;
o the returned Products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (30) working days from the date you received the products;
The refund will be made upon receipt of the object
